Your lead page now puts the proposal first

When you open a lead, its proposal now sits at the top of the page. You can build it, preview it, edit it and send it without leaving the lead. • Your client can't see the proposal until you send it. Until then it's a draft, so take your time getting it right. • Sending it moves the lead to Proposal. Send it by email or text, click Copy link, or paste the proposal link into your own message. • Sharing the link yourself? Use the Copy link button. A link copied from your browser's address bar won't open for your client until the proposal is sent. • Convert to Event still works the same way.

Here's what's new in Reunion this week- 9/25/26

Leads board On the Leads page, switch from List to Board to see your open leads and upcoming bookings by stage: New lead, Proposal, Signed and Deposit paid. Proposals are grouped by what's happened: not sent yet, sent but not opened, active this week (the client opened it or replied) and gone quiet. Drag a card from New lead to Proposal, or onto Lost. Copy Event Booking a repeat client? Open Edit Event and choose Copy Event. Pick the new date and Reunion copies the client, proposal, prices and event setup, and checks that your spaces are free. Signatures, payments, messages and notes start fresh, and nothing is sent to the client. Saved terms Keep more than one set of Terms & Conditions in Settings → Terms, then choose the right one for each event with "Start from" in the event's Terms box. Post-event charges Group went over on food or bar? Add a post-event charge from the event's Payments tab. It goes on the invoice without touching the client's signed proposal. The Payments page is also easier to read: balance and next step first, payment history second, one form open at a time. Also new • Choose which planner a client sees: add planners in Settings → Venue, then pick "Client sees" next to the event owner. • Signed proposal PDFs now end with a Signature Record page: who it was sent to, when it was viewed and signed, and from what device. • Tax report now separates exempt sales, fees and alcohol. Mark packages and items "Contains alcohol" in your catalog. • Online booking requests: your team gets reminders while a request waits for approval, and a warning before a card hold expires. • Easier to use on your phone, from leads to proposals, messages and BEOs. • Number fields no longer change when you scroll past them. Reunion Growth customers: your Google Profile page now shows your Google reviews and drafts a reply you can edit and post.

Automatic Follow-Ups, Made Simpler

You can now choose exactly how Reunion follows up when a lead goes quiet: - Lightweight sends one friendly email or text after your chosen wait (no repeated messages). - Enhanced lets you schedule up to three different follow-up emails. Customize the exact subject and message your clients will receive. Preview everything before it goes out and easily save your changes. Reunion will automatically stop following up if the client replies, the event moves forward, or you pause the automation. You’ll find these options under Settings → AI Automation → Outreach.

Color-code your calendar by room

Your calendar just got easier to scan. Open the new Calendar Settings (gear icon on the calendar) and give each of your spaces a color — every event card tints to match its room, so you can see what's happening where at a glance. Also new this week: signed BEOs now save straight to the event's Documents, re-signed proposals automatically replace outdated PDFs. For Reunion Growth Customers - membership leads get an automatic first touch, and dashboards have been redesigned.

Happy Wednesday! Excited to share this weeks updates. We’ve improved client proposals so they’re easier for customers to review, choose package options, and sign. Summary: - Cleaner, more polished proposal design - Easier-to-follow event details, pricing, photos, terms, and signing - Customers can choose package options directly in the proposal, such as food packages or beverage packages. - Important terms can be highlighted before signing, like deposits, headcount deadlines, cancellation policies, and outside food rules - All this means less back-and-forth before customers are ready to sign

New Feature Alert: Proposal Add-ons

Give clients a way to upgrade their own event — right from the proposal. Add-ons are optional items clients can toggle on when reviewing their proposal. Late-night snacks, extra bar hours, coaches, arcade cards, premium linens, dessert platters — anything you'd love to upsell without asking. Selections roll straight into the quote and sync back to the event. To set up: open Settings → Add-ons, flag the items you want to offer, and add a description and photo for each. On any event's proposal builder, pick which add-ons to show that client. Quantities default intelligently based on guest count and duration. Custom Email Domains Now Available

You can now send event emails from your own domain instead of @events.tryreunion.com. For example, your clients will see emails from events@yourvenue.com instead of yourvenue@events.tryreunion.com. How to set it up: 1. Go to Settings > Developer > Custom Domain 2. Enter your domain (e.g. yourvenue.com) 3. Add the DNS records shown (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) to your domain provider — this proves you own the domain 4. Click Verify DNS once the records are in place 5. Once verified, all outgoing emails — proposals, follow-ups, payment links — will send from your domain automatically Replies from your clients still route back into your Reunion inbox as usual. No changes to how you read or respond to messages. Ask your admin to enable this feature for your account if you don't see the option.
