Quick Proposal is now available to everyone
Build a proposal from a lead or proposal-stage event in one guided flow. Quick Proposal is now available to every Reunion organization, with no Smart Rules setup required. Confirm your event details, then add spaces, food, drinks, and extras from your catalog. Search by name or filter by type, and quick-edit quantities, pricing, and discounts on individual items or the whole proposal. Review your items, fees, and total, then personalize the proposal email before sending. Already using Smart Rules? Generate smart proposal still fills in suggested items for you to review and adjust. You can also choose your configured proposal follow-up sequence when you send. Manage its timing and rich-text templates in Settings → AI Automation → Outreach → Proposal follow-ups. To get started, open a lead or an event in Proposal stage and select Quick proposal or Generate smart proposal.
