Reunion Update: Sleeker Proposals and Package Choices

Happy Wednesday! Excited to share this weeks updates. We’ve improved client proposals so they’re easier for customers to review, choose package options, and sign. Summary: - Cleaner, more polished proposal design - Easier-to-follow event details, pricing, photos, terms, and signing - Customers can choose package options directly in the proposal, such as food packages or beverage packages. - Important terms can be highlighted before signing, like deposits, headcount deadlines, cancellation policies, and outside food rules - All this means less back-and-forth before customers are ready to sign

New Feature Alert: Proposal Add-ons

Give clients a way to upgrade their own event — right from the proposal. Add-ons are optional items clients can toggle on when reviewing their proposal. Late-night snacks, extra bar hours, coaches, arcade cards, premium linens, dessert platters — anything you'd love to upsell without asking. Selections roll straight into the quote and sync back to the event. To set up: open Settings → Add-ons, flag the items you want to offer, and add a description and photo for each. On any event's proposal builder, pick which add-ons to show that client. Quantities default intelligently based on guest count and duration. You can now create a beautiful, SEO-optimized public page for your venue — designed to turn visitors into inquiries. What's included: - Hero section with your venue photos, video, and virtual tour - Spaces showcase with photos and capacity details - F&B packages split by food and drink with tier labels - Event packages with pricing (toggle on/off) - "Trusted By" client logo bar - Testimonials and FAQ sections - Built-in inquiry form that feeds directly into your lead pipeline with full attribution tracking - Your event planner bio next to the form to build trust See it live: tryreunion.com/venues/at-fault-dallas You control everything. Custom Email Domains Now Available

You can now send event emails from your own domain instead of @events.tryreunion.com. For example, your clients will see emails from events@yourvenue.com instead of yourvenue@events.tryreunion.com. How to set it up: 1. Go to Settings > Developer > Custom Domain 2. Enter your domain (e.g. yourvenue.com) 3. Add the DNS records shown (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) to your domain provider — this proves you own the domain 4. Click Verify DNS once the records are in place 5. Once verified, all outgoing emails — proposals, follow-ups, payment links — will send from your domain automatically Replies from your clients still route back into your Reunion inbox as usual. No changes to how you read or respond to messages. Ask your admin to enable this feature for your account if you don't see the option.
