How do I get started?

Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What counts as an 'event'?
An event is any lead or booking in your pipeline. This includes inquiries that don't convert, so you can track your full sales funnel.
Do SMS credits roll over?
No, SMS credits reset each billing cycle. However, you can always purchase additional credits if you need more.
What if I need more team members?
Essential includes 5 team members, with additional seats available for $10/month each. Pro includes unlimited team members at no extra cost.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans offer a discount but can be cancelled with a prorated refund.
Are there any fees on payments I collect?
Platform fees vary by plan: Essential has a 0.75% fee and Pro has 0% platform fee. This is in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + 30¢). For example, on a $1,000 payment on the Essential plan, the platform fee would be $7.50.
What is the Growth Ads add-on?
Growth is a done-for-you Google Ads service where our team runs targeted ad campaigns for your venue. Leads land on a custom landing page and flow directly into your Reunion dashboard with full source attribution. It's available as an add-on to any plan, with custom pricing tailored to your market.
