How do I get started?

Can I change plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What counts as a 'lead'?
A lead is any new inquiry that lands in your pipeline, whether it converts to a booking or not. Essential is capped at 30 leads per month. Pro and Enterprise are unlimited.
Do SMS credits roll over?
Pro includes monthly SMS credits that reset each billing cycle. If you need more, we can add additional SMS capacity.
What if I need more team members?
Essential is limited to 1 seat. If you need texting, additional teammates, or a higher-volume workflow, upgrade to Pro.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans offer a discount but can be cancelled with a prorated refund.
Are there any fees on payments I collect?
Payments are powered by Stripe Connect. Stripe processing fees apply, and additional payment-related fees may depend on your plan or agreement.
What is the Lead Generation add-on?
Lead Generation is a done-for-you Google Ads service where our team runs targeted ad campaigns for your venue. Leads land on a custom landing page and flow directly into your Reunion dashboard with full source attribution. It's available as an add-on to any plan, with custom pricing tailored to your market.
