How do I get started?+−

Can I change plans later?+−
Absolutely — upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What counts as a 'lead'?+−
Any new inquiry that lands in your pipeline, whether it converts to a booking or not. Essential is capped at 30 leads per month; Pro and Enterprise are unlimited.
Do SMS credits roll over?+−
Pro includes monthly SMS credits that reset each billing cycle. If you need more, we can add additional SMS capacity.
Is there a contract or commitment?+−
Monthly Platform plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. Discounted annual billing is optional. Growth engagements carry a 3-month minimum and then move month to month.
Are there any fees on payments I collect?+−
Payments are powered by Stripe Connect. Stripe processing fees apply, and additional payment-related fees may depend on your plan or agreement.
What is Reunion Growth?+−
Our managed marketing service: we design and host your venue website, manage SEO and AI-search visibility, and run Google Ads and Meta Ads. Available source and campaign data flows into Reunion for lead and booked-revenue reporting. Plans start at $2,000/month, include a Reunion Pro workspace, and carry a 3-month minimum.
