Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Reunion's website, software, and services. By using them, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any venue you represent.
1. Using Reunion
You must be able to form a binding contract and use Reunion in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, your users, and the data you put into the service.
2. Subscriptions & fees
Software subscriptions and managed growth services are billed according to the plan or order you agree to. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order.
We may change pricing for future terms with reasonable notice.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the services, and to use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our products.
You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the data and contacts you upload.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services — including attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them to send unlawful, infringing, or unsolicited content in violation of applicable law.
5. Third-party services
Reunion integrates with third-party systems such as booking platforms, POS providers, and advertising networks. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The services are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Reunion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or as needed to protect the service. On termination, you can request an export of your data for a limited period.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
