Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Reunion's website, software, and services. By using them, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any venue you represent.
1. Using Reunion
You must be able to form a binding contract and use Reunion in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, your users, and the data you put into the service.
2. Subscriptions & fees
Software subscriptions and managed growth services are billed according to the plan or order you agree to. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order.
We may change pricing for future terms with reasonable notice.
3. Payments & platform fees
Payments collected through Reunion are processed using Stripe Connect. If you enable payment processing, you authorize Reunion and Stripe to deduct applicable Stripe processing fees and Reunion platform fees from transaction proceeds before funds are paid out to your connected Stripe account.
Unless your order states otherwise, Reunion's platform fee is calculated on the gross amount of each successful payment at these rates: 1.90% for Starter, 1.15% for Essential, and 0.40% for Pro and Enterprise. Stripe processing fees are separate. The applicable rate is also disclosed on our pricing page and in your Finance settings.
Combined rates displayed on our pricing page use Stripe's then-current published standard U.S. domestic online-card rate. Your actual Stripe fees may differ based on your Stripe agreement, payment method, card origin, currency conversion, or other Stripe pricing; Reunion's applicable platform fee remains as stated above or in your order.
Any fee changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and Stripe fee treatment are also subject to Stripe's terms and the payment functionality available through Reunion.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the services, and to use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our products.
You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed for the data and contacts you upload.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services — including attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them to send unlawful, infringing, or unsolicited content in violation of applicable law.
6. SMS messaging terms

8. Disclaimers & liability
The services are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Reunion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
