Common questions
How long does the actual migration take?
For most venues, under an hour. We import events, contacts, and event history through the built-in Tripleseat importer, then walk you through a 15-minute setup of spaces, menus, and lead form. You can run both platforms in parallel for as long as you want — there's no forced cutover.
What gets moved over from Tripleseat?
Events (past and upcoming), contacts and accounts, event notes and history, BEO/proposal references, and payment records. Your branding, lead-form fields, and integrations are reconfigured during onboarding to match what you had in Tripleseat.
Will there be downtime or lost inquiries while we switch?
No. Keep Tripleseat live during the migration. Your existing booking flow keeps working until you're ready to point your website lead form at Reunion. We help you do that switch in a single coordinated step — usually outside business hours — so no inquiry is missed.
Are we locked into a contract after we migrate?
No. Reunion is month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no penalties, no auto-renewing year. If migrating ends up not being right for your team, you've lost a $199 setup fee and the time spent — not a year of software.
What happens to our Tripleseat-specific integrations?
We map them during onboarding. Reunion has direct integrations with Stripe, GoTab, PodPlay, CourtReserve, and email/SMS providers, and supports webhooks for custom flows. If you have a specific Tripleseat integration that's load-bearing, mention it on the migration call and we'll confirm a Reunion equivalent before you sign.
Will my team need to be retrained?
There's a short re-training session — usually 30–60 minutes per role — covering the day-to-day flow: leads, proposals, signatures, payments, and client comms. Most teams find Reunion's UI more intuitive than Tripleseat, so the learning curve is much shorter than the original Tripleseat onboarding was.
How does the cost compare once we've moved?
Reunion starts at $99/month with no per-user fees and a one-time $199 setup. Tripleseat typically starts at $300+/month with $50+/user and a $500+ setup. Most venues see meaningful monthly savings on top of avoiding the up-front annual commitment.
Can we keep our current Tripleseat data accessible?
Yes. We migrate the active records into Reunion, and you keep read-only access to your Tripleseat account for as long as you continue paying for it. Most teams keep Tripleseat for 30–60 days after migration as a safety net, then cancel.
