What we move for you
The team isn't rebuilding from scratch. Active records, relationships, and history get imported through Reunion's guided migration plan.
What you gain on day one
Smart BEO rules and AI-generated proposals based on event type, guest count, and venue history.
Reunion writes follow-ups using your real event details and tone — not a generic template.
Email and text in one thread per client, not two tools bolted together.
Switching, without the switching risk
You decide how long to keep it available during validation, subject to your Perfect Venue agreement and account settings.
Keep the existing form live during setup, then coordinate the switch after records and workflows have been validated.
Platform plans can be billed month to month, so you can evaluate the new workflow without a required annual Reunion contract.
Migration FAQ
Timing depends on record volume, export quality, and workflow complexity. We review the available Perfect Venue export, confirm supported fields, and scope the data work and configuration before your team changes systems.
The exact scope is confirmed after we inspect the export. Supported event and contact fields can be mapped where the data is usable; spaces, packages, proposal templates, branding, lead-form fields, and integrations may need to be configured or rebuilt during onboarding.
You can keep Perfect Venue and the existing inquiry form live during setup. After the migrated records and Reunion workflow are validated, we coordinate the form cutover with your team. No migration can guarantee that an external form or vendor will never fail, so we verify the new path before launch.
Reunion Platform plans can be billed month to month and cancelled without a required annual Reunion contract. Discounted annual billing is optional.
Reunion offers AI-assisted proposal generation, configurable context-aware follow-ups, built-in SMS on Pro, a unified inbox, voice dictation for BEOs, and optional managed website, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads services. Confirm current Perfect Venue capabilities directly with the vendor when comparing plans.
We train the team on the day-to-day flow for leads, proposals, signatures, payments, and client communication. Session length depends on each role and the workflows being configured.
Reunion Essential starts at $99/month and Pro is $199/month, with a one-time $199 onboarding fee. SMS and standard integrations are Pro features. Ask Perfect Venue for a current quote and compare plan, onboarding, payment, and contract terms directly.
Your access to Perfect Venue is controlled by your Perfect Venue agreement and account settings. Many teams choose to keep the source system available while they validate Reunion, but you should confirm access and cancellation terms directly with Perfect Venue.
